{ My Itty Bitty Front Porch }

I would love to have a huge front porch with steps going up & a rail but, instead I have this itty bitty front porch, with no steps & no rail. That's okay. I decided I need to embrace my itty bitty porch & fix it up a little. In a recent post I mentioned that I would love to have a chair out there so I pulled one from a set I have in the backyard but, it eventually, needed to go back with it's matching family. Fortunately, I got so lucky & a friend of mine gave me an old chair of hers...for FREE! Yay! I love free.

So, of course, I had to spray paint it & add a little Christmas cheer...

What do you think? The huge poinsettia plants are from Costco. I love the bright splash of color since my house sits way back from the street.

I added a little red corduroy pillow with an embroidered one in front. I know the red one will fade in the sun but, there is a huge hole in the back {of course my kids have no idea how it got there} & it is pretty much falling apart so, I figured what the heck.

So what do think? Better, yes?

I love it. I love how it makes your porch so inviting and welcoming. I would love to sit their with a cup of Hot Chocolate and visit with you.

Yes, it's very cute! I think you could manage one more chair, for the hot chocolate idea. Well, at least you could pull the missy matchy one from the backyard gang for a visit. :)

I think it looks lovely! And the poinsettias are beautiful.

Your porch is cute and looks so sunny! We are way too cold in Colorado to have anything real outside. Yours looks lovely.

I love the chair, it is very welcoming. The paint on it dressed it right up! Your Christmas wreaths looked great too!

It looks great! I can beat you on the whole porch thing. Mine is smaller than yours and should probably not even be called a porch. I love my house, but I do dream of a decent sized porch to decorate.

Beautiful! I have just recently lost a big porch and gained a quaint, but rather, tiny porch. I have decided that it is the quality of porch rather than the quantity of porch that is important and what you have is quality!
